Gainesville Citizens CARE, Inc., is part of the growing public opposition to the GREC biomass plant, a privately owned 100-megawatt wood-burning power plant planned for Gainesville. We support investment in clean, affordable, and renewable energy solutions—but this biomass incinerator is not what the community needs.
